Security & Safety

Your safety is our priority. NextGen works to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for vendors, attendees, staff and guests. Security personnel may be present at our events, and all attendees are expected to follow venue and NextGen safety policies.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

NextGen has a zero-tolerance policy for violence, threats, harassment, intimidation, theft, vandalism, or other disruptive or unsafe behaviour. Anyone engaging in this behaviour will be removed from the event immediately and may be prohibited from attending future NextGen events.

Respect & Non-Discrimination

Everyone is welcome at NextGen. We are committed to providing a respectful and inclusive environment for everyone. Discrimination, harassment, hateful conduct, or inappropriate behaviour toward another attendee, vendor, staff member, or guest will not be tolerated.

Removal From Event

NextGen reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the event, without refund, if they violate event policies or engage in behaviour that staff or security determine to be unsafe, disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate.

Theft & Suspicious Activity

Help us keep the community safe. If you witness suspected theft, fraud, a confrontation, or other suspicious activity, please notify a NextGen staff member or security immediately. Do not attempt to intervene yourself.

Vendor & Customer Conduct

Treat vendors and fellow collectors with respect. Disagreements regarding pricing, trades, condition, authenticity, or transactions should be handled respectfully. NextGen staff may intervene when disputes become disruptive or threatening.

 Photos / Recording

Photography and video recording may take place during Next Gen events for promotional and social media purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in event photography or video. Should you have any questions regarding the matter, please speak to a NextGen staff member
